 The NewDill Global Scout Fellowship (GSF) is an innovative and dynamic initiative designed to empower individuals across the globe to facilitate international business expansion. Our mission is to connect companies in emerging and established markets with new opportunities in the United States, leveraging NewDill Investments' extensive experience in market entry and cross-border investments.

Program Overview

As a Global Scout Fellow, you will play a crucial role in identifying companies in your country that have the potential and ambition to expand into the U.S. market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify promising companies in your local market that are actively seeking to expand or are exploring international growth.

  • Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with these companies, presenting the value of expanding into the U.S. with NewDill Investments as their strategic partner.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within these companies to foster trust and collaboration.

  • Deal Sourcing: Collaborate with NewDill’s investment and business development teams to evaluate potential partnerships and opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for international business and a desire to drive economic growth by helping companies expand into one of the world’s most competitive markets. Ideal candidates should:

  • Have strong networking and communication skills.

  • Between 22 and 45 years old.

  • Be proactive and able to work independently in identifying and approaching target companies.

  • Have a deep understanding of the local business environment in their home country.

  • Be passionate about market expansion, investments, and cross-border collaborations.

 

Countries of Focus

The NewDill Global Scout Fellowship Program is open to individuals from around the world, with a particular focus on high-growth markets in Singapore, India, Brazil, Mexico, South Korea, Canada, Israel, Australia, Germany, France, and the United Arab Emirates.

 

We are particularly interested in scouts from major cities such as:

  1. UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi

  2. Germany: Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich

  3. France: Paris

  4. Singapore:  Singapore

  5. Canada: Toronto, Vancouver

  6. South Korea: Seoul

  7. Mexico: Mexico City

  8. Brazil: Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro

  9. India: Mumbai

  10. China: Shanghai, Beijing

With special provisions for scouts holding a residence in other majors cities within Middle Eastern and European Union countries.

 

Disclosures and Considerations:

  1. The NewDill Investments Global Scout Fellowship Program (GSF) is highly competitive. Considering the expected volume of applicants, we will only select a limited number of highly qualified applicants per country.

  2. You must be a citizen of one of the countries above and living in one of the forementioned cities of the country of your citizenship.

  3. You must be of 18+ years of age and must adhere to our private policy including data privacy and security.

  4. This position is a fellowship and does NOT establish an employment relationship with NewDill Investments. Fellows will gain valuable experience and skills but are not classified as employees of the company."

  5. We request for personal information such as age, sex and race solely for demographic analysis to improve our program and better understand our audience. This information will be kept confidential and used only in aggregate form.

  7. What to expect if selected: 

    • If selected, you will receive more information regarding compensation, data privacy and other relevant topics.

    • You will be asked to provide legal proof of identification and academic credentials

    • You will go through an interview, and you will be provided our screening resources.

 

Deadline and program duration: 

Our application deadline is April 10, 2025.

This fellowship program has a duration of 6 to 12 months, with possibilities of renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.
